The ASSOCIATIVE LABORATORY TERRITOIRES ALIMENTAIRES was founded in December 2013 to pursue, support and share the research of its founder around the interactions between Man and Nature. These interactions between human beings and their environment take place on what is commonly called a territory and mainly concern their food.

Territoires Alimentaires

Territoires Alimentaires proposes an original approach which mainly consists in convening social science research and its tools and in supporting the Man/Nature relationship and these are their main activities:

  • establishing a database on the links and relationships between the territory and food, thus building an observatory,
  • carrying out action research to develop tools and content in favour of food transition
  • developing training courses on the right to food and new practices linked to the art of living in the territory and food.
